Balance massage is my personal blend of massage techniques. I developed it from my practice and command of Manual and Medical massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian healing massage, Swedish and Sports massage. My -hands on experience with body alignment and awareness from body work and yoga, create a balanced body treatment that will fit your specific needs. I use only natural and organic products to respect and honor the environment as well as your body.

Yoga Rates
Private and Group Hatha yoga lessons are offered for all ages and fitness levels. For a schedule of classes visit Muskegon Yoga Center. Specialized “Yoga for Golfers”™ lessons are also available. Private and group sessions are given at Muskegon Yoga Center, see current schedule at their website. Private lessons are also available at the balance office in Suite 308 of the Frauenthal Center for the performing Arts.
